Cut
It's an advanced cut order planning
software able to interact with CAD, spreading machines and cutter systems.
It’s a vanguard program in this sector, it has been developed in
partnership with the experience of the Rigomar service.
Most specifically JforT Cut receives from the ERP system
the cutting order with sizes, colours and the cutting key command of different
fabrics (outside, lining, etc). On the base of different parameters and
loading the size of the predefined main typology, it generates a different
sequence of graphics, optimised on the input order.
After accomplished the placing with the CAD system,
the sizes are imported and is generated the spreading list, optimized
to minimize the drafting and cutting costs in respect of the imposed tolerances.
The job generated is sent to the markers and the input/output
data can be, at any time, printed or forward by fax or email.

To better understand this chart we try to see the entire
process managed by JforT Cut with a special attention to each phase.
Order input
The first phase is when the input data of one order
is acquired. JforT Cut defines as an order the whole of cutting
quantity for each material that has to be manufactured. Such data is acquired
according to the record plan from ERP residents on AS400 or Windows systems.
In such phase it's defined the size list of the order,
the cutting width, the quantity, the color and all of the other registers
data concerning the order.
For the same textile it's possible
to manage simultaneously different cutting keys. It's also possible
to integrate missing data on ERP system and it is allowed the data entry
of one order in manual mode or in remote mode by internet.
Graphic Proposal
In the second phase it's built for each material
the markers sequence we want to produce considering the order quantity,
the material cost e the hypothetical efficiency of the graphics.
It is available an automatic optimisation function
the results we can, if necessary, modify manually. There is the possibility
to insert new items and, from the main material, to propagate the quantity
differences to the secondary textiles.
JforT Cut has a function that allows the markers scaling
in surplus or shortage mode or with a given textile length. It is also
possible the unification at the secondary textile level of different sizes
into the same one.
Markers size input
After preparing the markers with the CAD system
it is possible to import the markers sizes, names and width in manual
or automatic way. Such data is essential to generate the way out
for the automatic spreading machines.
Job list
In the fourth phase is automatically generated
the scaling job list.
It's possible to print the job list and the storage withdraw calculated
with the exact size of the different markers (following a more precise
method than the one calculated using the standard method). At this time
the spreading data is sent to the automatic spreading machines.
